The sport club is mainly frequented during wind season by foreigners coming from Europe. It is located in the more windy and the most beautiful place to kite around Dar es Salaam.   

This dream spot is very quiet with a climate and conditions for exceptional navigation for all levels.

With such conditions, kitesurfing in Tanzania are open to everyone, regardless age or physical condition. 

Less known than Zanzibar, this destination is more windy and quiet,, more cheap and safe than in Zanzibar,  2 h by boat or 20 mn by plane. 

Dar es Salaam is the hub for access to Zanzibar and Mafia Island.

Within few hours drive, you can visit the beautiful wildlife parks. Tanzanian's wildlife parks  are directly accessible by road from our site (about 3-4 Hours) Saadani and Mikumi, or by plane, Udzungwa Mountains, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro.

30 km from the Kiteschool, there is the Julius Nyerere International Airport (IATA:DAR) , which offers a good connection with international airports, for cheap rates. 


Kitesurf in Tanzania has much more to offer than incredible beaches. Dar es Salaam is a multicultural city. Inhabitants are home to African Tanzanians, Arabic and South Asian communities, British and German expatriates, Catholics, Lutherans and Muslims.

This diversity of the population is reflected in the culture, the city boasts international cooking going from traditional Tanzanian barbecue and Zanzibari food, to Thai, Chinese and American restaurants. Its vibrant music scene has witnessed a rise in Bongo Flava, which is a kind of hip hop.
